Also, when it’s time to negotiate and go into contract, it’s important to have a Realtor by your side. The builders in the Valley are reputable, but having a Realtor of your own helps in the negotiation process and saves you money. An example of what I can do as your Realtor is going through the most up-to-date tax records and printing out the subdivision sale prices. Doing this will allow you to be more informed on the sale prices of houses in the community before fully committing to your Las Vegas new construction home.
