Finding the Best Listing Price for Your Home

The algorithm data they use is from Core Logic, the company Vegas’s local MLS uses to input listings. This is a free service Chase provides and you don’t have to give any information other than the property address.

A normal sale takes roughly 30 days to find a buyer, then another 30 days for the buyer to close. So be ready to have your home sold in 60 days or less!!
